2010 Affiliate Membership Benefits • Dues for membership as an Affiliate Member of SVAR are $100.00 per year or prorated by the month you elect to join. Beginning in September the fee will go to a flat $40.00 until the end of the year. This fee is for the affiliate business and includes benefits for the main contact person within each organization. If there are additional offices the cost will be $50.00
per satellite office with one main contact
person.
• Additional Affiliate Individual Membership, within the organization, is available at the cost of $30.00 per person/per year
(Not prorated).
• Membership runs from January 1, 2010 (or beginning the date you join) until December 31, 2010.
• One Affiliate Pin (valued at $8.95) per paid Affiliate member when you join the Association.

various Association programs and activities.

Recognition
at Association Affiliate Activities. • Invitation to Annual “Affiliate Appreciation Day” with chances to win items donated by our Brokers.
• All affiliate members are available to be recommended for consideration as the “Affiliate of the Year” to recognize their company/organization. The presentation of this honor will take place at the annual Affiliate Picnic. • Your organization is welcome to share your company information at each General Membership Meeting on display tables’ set-up prior to each meeting.
• Available to receive additional benefits through membership with the Ohio Association of
REALTORS® if electing to join OAR.
• Access to the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS® website with a link to your website.
• Appraiser members receive access to the SVAR Multiple Listing Service via the Internet through Promatch at an additional cost of $180/$360 for 6/12 month billing period. This access includes their security code to allow access to any necessary information in the system and the ability to do price comparisons and purchase “SOLDS” books quarterly from Promatch.
• A copy of the membership roster with the names and addresses of the Brokers and “names only” of their agents shall be
made available to the following:
• Affiliates in good standing may receive one (1) copy of the REALTOR Membership Roster at no charge each calendar year. There will be an option to purchase additional copies throughout the year at a cost of $10.00 per copy. The roster will need to be picked up at the Association Office or there will need to be a payment for the cost of postage/shipping and handling.
• Affiliates in good standing may receive one (1) copy of the Affiliate Roster with the names and addresses of the Affiliate Offices and its representative each calendar year. There will be an option to purchase additional copies throughout the year at a cost of $10.00 per copy. The roster will need to be picked up at the Association Office or there will need to be a payment for the cost of postage/shipping and handling. The cost of each additional copy plus postage, if applicable, must be paid for before
delivery.
